Passlock emails

Passlock sends important security related emails including:

  • Mailbox verification emails (optional)
  • Passkey registration notifications
  • Account lockout notifications

Branding your emails​

You can brand your security related emails in the settings -> emails section of the Passlock console. As with all settings, they are specific to each tenancy/environment. The sender domain will always be paslock.dev, however you can specify your project or organization name that will feature in both the subject and body of emails e.g.

"Verify your Acme Corp account"

You can also upload a logo that will render in the top left of the emails.

Your own sender name

Coming soon! You'll soon be able to send your own security related emails. Passlock will generate the content and forward it onto you (via a secure webhook). This will allow you to use your own sender name, SPF & DKIM settings etc.
